Yeah someone told me about that as well, to upload documents under the petitioner financial documents tabs and comment accordingly

So we have the same situation? how long did u get a mail that u need to upload the docs in CEAC?

The sent me my joint sponsor documents back and asked me to upload to CEAC, its been a week now since I uploaded them, dont know how long will it take to review now, shows refused as well

So you send them in mail? Which returned back from embassy ? I have uploaded documents on Ceac .. it’s been 8 months .. no response from ISL Embassy .. Everyone’s status has changed to refused .. don’t know why

Yes i sent them in mail, 2 weeks later they sent it back to me with a note stating that i need to upload them to CEAC, its been a week since the upload, fingers crossed 🤞

Better you should contact your state congressman. Otherwise, they will play around with your case.
