Hello, hope you’re well

wondering if you can help me out

my husbands medical expired and now they have requested a new one, does this mean the case is moving forward? Or a positive thing?

thanks

I think its just another way of making money through medical exam again, they delay it to the point where ur medical expires and u have to apply for it again, very frustrating 😕

They asked for my domicile as well, i provided my employment letter, recent bank statements, lease agreement, just to show them that the petitioner is currently residing in US.

Same. Mine also !

When did u have ur interview? And what additional documents did they ask for?

if it says refused , then its not in AP coz AP cases would clearly say that

now they r asking after wasting time ..

This is the problem, they didn’t say anything about joint sponsor then, the only document they needed was domicile and my childs original birth certificate, and after 5 months , all of a sudden they need a new joint sponsor now, very frustrating 😕
