35% of NH voters polled made up their mind (including changing their minds) over the last few days. So, the Iowa debacle was highly consequential. 

 

As expected the candidates and media are hitting Biden for getting out of dodge and running off to SC.

Tucker is talking up Bernie. Man wonder where this sort of coverage was for Ron Paul or Dennis Kucinich in past elections.

 

DNC person went on the media, not identifying herself as part of the DNC, saying that a 3rd place Klobuchar finish would be more important than a 1st place Sanders finish.

It's definitely a good day for Klobuchar, apparently minutes ago she's starting to do ad blitzes in Nevada and SC upon these results.

 

This should be one of the states Warren does well in, but she's doing poorly.

 

Biden is a trainwreck and is going all in on South Carolina (bye Nevada???).. I have no idea what he and the DNC are plotting at this point.

 

Gabbard has declared she is staying in the race, possibly all the way.

 

Tom Steyer is dropping out.

Several networks had reported Steyer dropping out, turns out that evidently isn't true. Steyer's team says he's still in.

The interesting thing is, the plethora of people competing with Bernie are moderates. Most of them hate Bernie and cater to this very media. Together, if they'd get behind a candidate, they would dwarf Bernie, yet, they're playing to strengthening him. Why? Who knows. Trying to keep Bernie people interested until screwing them in the end is only going to alienate them like it did in 2016 (not going to cause them to have a stronger/more galvanized attachment to Democrats), except 2020 Trump is in a far better position than the 2016 Trump, which means this tactic would hurt way more now than 4 years ago. It would've been better to combine them sooner rather than later. Warren is right in that respect, and her speech praising everyone else sounded more like an unofficial concession which might stand to hurt her more in later primaries until she finally drops out. Of course, her speech was also anti-Bernie vitriol as well.

I agree, would be interesting to see populist vs populist. I'm just interested in how cnn will act if he gets the nom. They obviously hate him now, and fox wasnt so in love with trump before he got the nom, but they rallied behind him later. I could see CNN still hating bernie. Dems are so corrupt
