Runtime error on DS 160 website

Anyone else receiving this error message when trying to fill out the DS 160 application? It happens right after I make the security question at the beginning of the application.

Hi, thank you for answering, I originally tried on Google Chrome, then using your advice I tried a different browser but I couldn't even get the website to load. I tried on Chrome one more time and luckily I got in. The whole application was very laggy and kicked me out a couple of times but I persevered and finally just got it submitted! No idea why the website it being so bad right now.
