Others have posted on here about their situation.

If I remember right you need to get your medical records, treatment and a letter from your doctor stating you are no longer a threat to yourself or others. The Letter is very important and needs to be clear that you are not a threat to yourself or others.

thank you .

I wasn’t diagnosed with depression, my self harming that happened once, was based on inability to control my anger, due to post traumas. Soon after this event happened I went to a therapist and I start EMDR sessions for 4 month. He didn’t prescribe any medicine because there was not the case.
I also have the letter from him where he describes my act and why it happened and also the technique of this sessions and how those benefit me. He also said that I am not a danger to myself or others and how I’m able to be in control of my emotions and the anxiety. I hope that will be enough.
I will also do the interview for K1 at Naples, Italy. I am not sure if the medical exam here would be different than other countries.
