My fiancé lives in Romania and we are trying to figure out the logistics, reality and costs of moving some household goods and possibly a vehicle from Romania/Europe to the US. Household goods will be some boxes, no furniture or large items. Vehicle is a sedan.

Does anyone have companies that they can recommend for either boxes or vehicle?

Are you sure you want to bring a car to the US?  Meeting the applicable safety and emissions standards can be very costly.

Agree with @Bill & Katya.  I would seriously consider just selling the car there and buying one here in the states.

We are currently considering many options for the vehicle (and home goods) including trying to figure out the logistics, reality and costs....

Are there any companies you would suggest for either household goods or vehicle export that I can reach out to for a quote?

TIA!

Not sure if this will be helpful or not, but the car might not worth it to ship and once here it runs on different fuel (octane count) so it might be just pricier to fuel it up. (Probably the 85 unleaded would not work)

I know it is hard to give up stuff, but most likely the value won't worth the shipping cost of bigger items. That is one downside of moving across the world....
