Where they cashed the initial filing fee constitute where your service actually is?  I still have not received my NOA 1 yet it has been 5 weeks since they received application, still do not know service center.

Not likely, cheques are cashed by Treasury employees that man the lockboxes. Did you attach a G-1145 to the packet? You could try contacting lockbox support if you haven't heard anything at all in 5 weeks by emailing them at LockboxSupport@uscis.dhs.gov.

Yes I attached the 1145 for text and email, weird thing is I mailed it in and it says it is in the E-filing center. The I-797C shows to create online account which I did and it shows it was cashed at lockbox in Nebraska.

If you have NOA1 the first three letters of the case number indicate which SC is processing it.

That is no longer the case. All of the case numbers now start with IOE.

There is no lockbox in Nebraska, that’s your service center then

Really? I stand corrected, my bad. I thought IOE was only if you efile.

All cases are IOE since around July 2019 (so before online filing even existed), IOE predates online filing
