USPS Lost Application - Send Another?

USPS has opened an investigation into where my application is within their system because it appears to be lost.  Is there a danger in sending a second application in (via UPS, never using USPS again in my life)?  Will USCIS be confused if the lost application shows up and they have two from me?  And will they cash both checks in the lost application arrives (even if it's like a month later)?

My first package arrived to the destination but USCIS lost it . ( back in may/june2018)

and we sent another one .. who get routed to French guyana so .. we sent another one again .

USCIS  received two and sent back one to me so let’s go and send your other package but that time maybe by a safest way like fedex if you can

USCIS  will maybe charge you twice so , contact your bank to block the fundings once they charge the first check .

You can send a second one. Cancel the payment on the first and they won’t be able to process it.

UPS loses stuff at virtually the same rate as USPS.

Well I'm worried I'm in trouble.  USPS just notified me it was delivered and the other one is on the FedEx truck for delivery.  If I call USCIS will they be able to do anything?  Or because I've cancelled the check on the USPS delivery you think that will fix everything?

Update: I called USCIS and they gave me an email address for the lockbox and I have since emailed the lockbox describing the situation.  I will keep this post updated in case anyone in the future runs into a similar problem.
