Why do I continually get booted out of CEAC?

Every attempt to fill out my D-260 I get booted out and nothing saves can’t get past page 4? Anyone else experience this?

I think almost all of us had this issue ,don’t worry .

i thought I will never arrived to finish it .. 

 

First , if you are using Internet explorer ( for example ) it’s gonna shut down all the time . 
try with Firefox it’s worked for me back in October . 
 

prepare your answers on words or note and copy/paste them on the cases Like that you gain time . 

then , at EACH TIME you put something in a case , save it . because sometimes CEAC website disconnect if you stay too long (And even if you are here for 2mn )

 

same for the documents you are submitting there  . Be sure that everything is ready , scanned in the right sense , under PDF that they can open   And not locked . And for the size less than 2 mb etc etc ..

It literally took us 3 full days to submit everything because of this. Drove us nuts! So it’s not you and you’re not doing anything wrong. The US government prefers IE but I had to clear cookies and the cache.

Yah I’m only getting kicked out on previous employment and where I previously lived I’m guessing it’s cause I’m spending to long so now I just add a little bit and come back
