What evidence did you use to show evidence of bona fide marriage?  Did you get the NOIR yet which will list exactly why you were revoked?

We were Revoked Oct 2019. Hired an Attorney to respond to the NOIR and she failed to send all our updated documents....caused us to get revoked. (otherwise we supplied what ppl supply 24/7 who get approved) We feel like we have been singled out...anyways.

Filed for our FOIA on 11-2019, they are working on it now
We re-filed I-130 online 1-26-2020.
PD 1-26-2020 Nebraska

We want to file an expatiate, could that be a problem given we are re-applying?
Does the 129 work with IEO#'s?

Thank you

No issue requesting an expedite.

Getting it approved, however, requires meeting their criteria: https://www.uscis.gov/policy-manual/volume-1-part-a-chapter-5

IOE*

I-129F*

There is no evidence that the I-129F impacts I-130 processing time for IOE case numbers. That "trick" no longer works.
