Congratulations Soraya! I actually saw your approval on the forum, I keep checking everyday! Made us happy cause I'm also from Brazil, we are waiting still but hopefully soon now!

Thanks for sharing!

My NOA1 is 15th of March, let’s keep prying together to get an answer soon! And I recommend that app, it gives you updates in real life

Yes, hopefully we will! Our date is still February the 15th, so we're behind yet. But I see people from March and June getting it a lot, so I don't really know how it works.

Oh, yes I understand, it doesn’t make sense, it should have an order, anyway we just need to wait, after the transfer they send a message saying the case will be review in the next two months, so I guess we still on that time... Waiting  it’s not my thing so I am learning it

The case numbers directly before and after ours have been updated to show NOA2 approval... this is like a game of Battleship it seems and I'm hoping we get tagged next!

I agree. It is a waiting game and there is not a system of when your application was sent and what not.

Hello,

My bad.

My case has been transferred from Texas to Vermont service centre on 24th Feb.

My PD is Nov4,2019.

Unfortunately there is not enough Vermont cases on VJ to have an idea about timelines.

Hi everyone!

I'm currently trying to figure out if my I130 was transferred to Vermont or has been assigned to Vermont the entire time. I did a Live Chat and the rep insists that it wasn't transferred (and we got no notice saying that it had been). However, our NOA1 was sent from Nebraska (IOE receipt number). We filed an I129F last month and THAT NOA1 did come from Vermont. So now I don't exactly know if the I130 has always been there or if it was transferred there.

As I said before, we use an app call “tracker case” where you can search your number case and it will show you all the cases around yours. As an example our case finish in 95# and we serch from 500 to see all the cases around us, that means you can play with the numbers to see in which dates are working on. I hope I was clear.

It’s better make a call at first time in the morning and ask for an officer 2. But if your NO1 was send from Nebraska then I  would go with that, still better confirm with the call.

I am on the same scenario like yours. I-130 sent to Nebraska (IOE receipt number on Feb 2020).I had it on my notice and called to confirm it's in Nebraska. I-129F sent to Vermont I also got confirmation for that. But yestarday March 6th I chatted with representatives through Emma and they told me My case got transferred to Vermont. My guess is that they are moving some old cases to Vermont and also probably they are merging some I-129f and I-130 cases in one place. Hope it's a good thing 🤞🙏🙏

I just got a text message on 3/9/2020 stating that my i 130 Spouse of Citizen got transferred.  It didn't say where to or why.  I called USCIS and the rep said, "it was transferred from Nebraska to Vermont, probably to do it in a quicker time frame, but it doesn't say why."

I didn't get any text messages but I found out through Emma talking representative. I set up the phone email notification but never got any messages.
