Our case also got transferred from Nebraska to Vermont, our NOA1 date is 02/15/2019 and the transfer date was 01/22/2020.

It has been over a month already and this week Vermont doesn't show any updates apparently. We also see people from June getting it, is it correct?

Does anyone has news about it? Are people getting the approvals?

We are in the same NOA and transfer date 1/22/2020. I have not heard anything. I did call and speak to a level 2 officer and he told me it can take up to 45 days for my case that he said was with an officer for “adjudication” or a decision as of Feb 19, 2020. Honestly it’s just a waiting game and I haven’t seen much movement today.

I see. Well, thank you for sharing about your case too, it actually makes us feel better seeing that at least it's normal for other people this long wait. Did you call right when you got transferred? Just to know if this 45 days they told you would count from that date. Also, we called them twice already and we just talked to the customer service without any other information than we knew, is there a way to talk to an officer? lol

Thanks again!

You have to ask to be transferred to a level 2 officer to better understand your case that was transferred. It seems like he said 45 days started from feb 19. I think that’s crazy and I hope it’s sooner than that. It’s best to call at 8 am, shorter wait time no more than 20-25 mins

Oh good then! Thank you for the information, if we call I'll keep it updated here so we know at least what they say. It's really crazy all this wait, it affects all our life plans and gets you crazy. I wish you good luck and hope we all get it soon!

I posted a similar question on a Facebook group and someone told me that this is a very good thing and we could get an approval in a week to a month!

Can you share the Facebook group?

Everyone has been mentioning getting transferred to other offices without any notification. So I decided to send a message on the USCIS website to find out. I got an automated reply saying that I'm now at the VERMONT center. I was originally at the Nebraska center and thought that it was supposedly the slowest of them all. The second I looked at the processing times for Vermont, my heart sank. I don't understand how this could happen?! And why wasn't I notified? Feeling very upset right now... 😥. I don't want to wait up to 20 months now for approval image0.thumb.png.589bc17e1c725e153a8594c7391ee6fc.png😕

It is really scary, we are from Feb, 15th 2019 we didn't get it yet. That being said, a lot of people from June 2019 are already getting it, so it might be way less, there's no way to know for now apparently.

Hello! Have you got your NOA2 already? Since we are from the same date we are trying to keep track of what is going on. We are thinking about calling too, we just need to see if we can talk to a level 2 officer, otherwise they won't give us any information.
