did you check your email our response was an email? I guess it wouldn't hurt to call also i signed in to USCIS website and you can see if they completed the request for your case

we just have online account there is nothing about service request

well so you have an idea i log in to my account on USCIS website i put my log in information username and password and there you can see all the updates you had on the case. Is that the same account you are talking about. When you just check the status and put your confirmation number it will not show the request.

yes i sent my request 7/29/20 and i received the email on 8/4/20. It stated that our case was pending consideration with an officer and that they would send notice or a decision soon. They did not give a time frame.

they didn't respond on our request it's been more then 2 weeks I hope soon we hear something

no not yet actually the tier 2 says by sep 12 and Emma says by sep 28 so we should wait till sep 28 then we r going to call them again

we didn't get any transfer notice but when first time we called tier 1 he says it's in Vermont but after that twice we called tier2 they said it's in taxes

That happened exactly to us! I just called in yesterday to verify which timeline to follow and now they said we are at the Texas center and that I can apply for an Out of Normal Processing time request. 

 

They told us to expect a reply around Oct 1st but if not then to wait until mid Oct before contacting. So fingers crossed
