It shows the message "Routing could not be determined due to an invalid receipt number." I triple-checked the case number and it's definitely correct. I even copied it from the case history page and still shows the same error. Looks like i have to call them tomorrow.

I called and made a request. They have responded with a generic message saying my case is in line for review.

Its a bit confusing to see others with much later PD getting approvals, particularly those who were also transferred to VSC. Nothing to do but wait I guess :)

Hi everyone, my case was transferred from Texas Service Center to Vermont SC. My PD is 09/18/2019 and we were expecting NOA2 next month by Texas timeline. Now my question is; does this shuffling normal? because they transferred so many cases on 02/23. When this transfer happens, which timeline we should follow, the original assigned service center or the transferred one? Thank you

Hey hi... The same thing happened to me few days back... was expecting NOA2 in july but was informed that the case has been transferred to Vermont.... Is your case approved? What is the processing time?
Thank you

My PD is June 20, 2019. Yes, I did receive a transfer notice.

My PD is Nov 27,2019. Texas processing time is 6-8 months. So i was expecting mine in july. I have got no transfer notice but was informed that my case has been transferred to Vermont by USCIS officer verbally on call... I have no clue what’s happening

Try reaching out to a tier 2 officer on call and get it confirmed again. Vermont processing times are the longest out of all the service centers unfortunately. Hope things work out soon for you.

Do they mention processing times in the transfer notice? Should we be considering texas or vermont times?

A friend of mine got the transfer notice from nebraska to vermont... but it was done for him within nebraska processing times. So this is all very confusing

No, processing times are not mentioned in the transfer notice. After the transfer, the processing time of the new service center is considered which has jurisdiction over your case.
