Last date update was Feb 23.

Today we got amazing news!

Our MyUSCIS account updated to Case Closed today and an approval notice from yesterday's date was uploaded this afternoon. We haven't got any correspondence from the NVC yet, however the notice uploaded said they have sent our case to the NVC. 

 

Originally our case was at TSC and got transferred to VSC. 

We had date changes on: 12/6, 12/20, 2/23, 3/17, 5/1, 5/13 and 5/14.

NOA1- 12/6/19

NOA2- 5/13/20

 

I'm so happy to see Vermont approving so many of us who have been transferred and feared long waiting times based on what was reported on the USCIS processing times website! Wishing you all the best of luck! Cannot wait to see more approvals in this thread!

Here is my timeline so far.

Applied online on December 15, 2019.

Case was transferred from Texas to Vermont on February 24, 2020.

Date on my USCIS account changed again on May 1, 2020.

At that time it still said:

Your benefit request has been accepted and is under review.

 

Now the date changed again on May 15, 2020 but it says:

Quote

In Process
USCIS has accepted your application, petition, or request, and it is under review.

 

Also curious when I go to the Documents page I see this notice "Cancelled - Request for Evidence" on May 14, 2020:

 

Wonder what this means.

 

If I check the status from this link:

I get the following message:

Yup you were right.  We just got our approval today!  Hope everyone who hasn't gotten approval yet, is on the same timeline trajectory.

So this is the approval letter I received! But it doesn’t say anything about NVC is that normal? Or did they made a mistake?

Hi all

Any LPR who filed after August 2019 got any update or approval ?

I filed my case to Chicago Center and received letter and case no from California  I saw a status change in Feb 2020. 

When I file change of address form I receive confirmation email from Vermont. But I did not receive any note to transfer of my my case to Vermont but I think my case was transferred to Vermont.

Anyone whose case was Approved on end of April from Vermont Service Center, have you received a Welcome letter from NVC yet. I have been waiting for more than SIX weeks now. I have emaied NVC, they said i have to wait for the response from email. USCIS says it may take 90 days for them to send the welcome letter. But, for some people its gets approved today and in two days they get email from NVC. I am very worry about my case. Please let me know

Im yet to see any updates on mine. Filed March 2019, transferred February 2020.
