Hi to all Vj members,

My visa interview(Manila Embassy) went well.The pre screener just asked me several question.By the way James Michelle is very nice to me and to my mother(Congrats also sister,I know that you are approved).The Consul is very smart and very nice to me, He is sweet and funny.he asked me many many questions...hehehe.He looked all the pictures and read some emails and also traditional mail.He said to me, that he enjoy talking to me.He asked me about my profession and I told him that I am a Nurse, and he told me that I have a very big chance to get a job immediately I am a Nurse.I said Thank you Sir.Thank you also Maam.I don't have further question and everything is good. Goodluck maam and he gave me a pink slip and told me to pay the delbros and wait for my visa.I am very happy to hear that.

Congratulations and good luck :thumbs: Make sure you get your CFO certificate. Where are you from, my wife is from Cagayan De Oro on Mindanao. Is your fiance from the California area? Nurses are in high demand in California, especially in the southern part so you can do very well!

01/17/2007 Faxed the checklist to the Immigrant Visa Unit in Frankfurt

03/29/2007 Got letter from USCIS to provide evidence that our marriage is bona fide

04/02/2007 Sent to USCIS lots of evidence

05/03/2007 I have an unofficial "PETITION APPROVED" ...waiting for confirmation from Consulate

05/07/2007 Received email from USCIS ROME confirming that our petition was approved (why Rome? because we complained to the District Office Rome about the Sub-Office Frankfurt..it took too long for our petition to be approved)...now waiting for the interview letter from the Consulate

05/18/2007 E-mail from IV Frankfurt, our interview was scheduled for May 29th

05/19/2007 Packet 4 in the mail: ja ja ja interview letter

05/29/2007 Interview at 7.30 a.m. APPROVED Thank you, God!

06/01/2007 Visa arrived !

06/03/2007 Mayday on the plane POE Cincinnati

Living in Maryland

06/21/2007 Welcome Notice from USCIS

06/29/2007 Applied for SSN at the local Office

07/07/2007 Green Card arrived

07/09/2007 Another 2 Welcome Letters from USCIS...God, they really love me! :D

07/20/2007 Social Security Card arrived

Living@working in Maryland :)

01/18/2009 PCS-ing to Stuttgart Germany

Feb 2009 Received letter from VSC to start removing conditions.

Getting ready the packet for Removing Conditions I-751

03/12/2009 Mailed the I-751 packet to Vermont Service Center

03/16/2008 - Case online.

03/22/2008 - Biometrics assigned date: 04/01/2008, Bio completed early .

03/24/2008 - AOS Touched.

03/27/2008 - RFE Letter : Dated.

03/31/2008 - RFE snail mail rec'd date ( EZ-864 / Missing birth certificate).

04/01/2008 - Mailed RFE response.

04/03/2008 - RFE document delivered to Lees Summit, MO @ 4:03 P.M:

04/07/2008 - AOS Touched, Current status: Response to rfe received, and case processing has resumed.

04/08/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/27/2008 - AOS Touched, received USCIS email indicated case transfered to CSC.

05/29/2008 - AOS Touched.

05/31/2008 - USCIS snail mail stating I-485 has been transferred to CSC to speedup processing.

06/03/2008 - Received email from CSC confirming reception of transferred I-485.

06/03,04,06 - Touched!

08/28/2008 - Green card rec'd in mail.

06/11/2008 - I-131 Approval email received.

06/13/2008 - Received I-765 card ordered email notification.

Thank you very much.I am from Bicol Region but I am in Manila right now.I called PRISM but they told me that they need original birth certificate and NBI clearance.The originals is in the Embassy.I will have to request again for birth certificate in NSO Quezon City tomorrow.Yes my fiance is from California .

That's my girl krisahmiah as in Mia...lol...Congrats sis..., my fiancé tried to find cheaper ticket now....hay hopefully we can fly this next month to the US. Thank you also krisahmiah for helping me when we are in the embassy,, you are really nice to murvery.
