Removing conditions with bad credit and divorced!

So my financial situation right now is not the best, me and my husband used a lot of credit cards in 2018, he got sick, he  was not working. I was taking care of everything, but things just got out of control. My credit is really bad right now, and to make the things worse we are getting divorced.

There is no way Im gonna be able to fix my financial situation this year, and Im stuck in a 12 months leasing paying rent that I can barely afford.

My conditional green card expires in July and Im about to start the divorce procedures next week.

My question is if my financial situation ( debts ) gonna affect my removal of conditions application, specially because Im using a divorce waiver????

( I never applied for any government help, food stamps. nothing... my debts are all credit cards/paypal. and I never asked for any benefit from the government.)

Debts and public charge not a consideration for removal of conditions.....
