I will but it doesnt make sense they dont give an alternative solution while it is still not fixed for a long time! like why they dont allow us to send the  required documents to an email address of theirs and then they can collect and it to our file. this is such a big waste of time!

Hi,

I get The Same Issue of Security Exception Error.

Do anyone know how long I need to wait to submit document??

sometimes the same day sometimes the next day. My suggestion is keep trying, like they said abobe try different browsers, clear your cache and try again. I find the IE works best. I hope you are able to upload soon.

I think it depends from one country to another. Is the US Embassy closed in your country or you are just waiting for your turn?

The embassy I have to attend is in Jamaica. Currently they aren’t scheduling anything for my category at the moment. The president’s executive order put my category on hold until January.

Hi all, I wasn't quite getting the "Security Error" that you guys seem to be getting, but I was getting errors and this guide is ultimately what helped me. I don't know how it fixed it, but I had zero troubles uploading after following this. I posted this in another thread, but I'll repost here. Hopefully this works for you guys too. ✌️

I found this page, where JoseRolles advised the following:

I have found a trick that makes it work.

  1. Start with a new session and log in.

  2. Navigate to the document submission page (this is after paying the fee and submitting the application).

  3. At the bottom, there is a section titled "Optional Documents For <Applicant Name>".

  4. Click "Add a Document" and select ANY one of the types and upload ANY document.

  5. Now back in the "Required Documents For <Applicant Name>" section, you should be able to successfully upload your required documents.

  6. When done with all required documents, you can delete the that first document in the "Optional Documents For <Applicant Name>" section.

I don't know why this works, but it does. These steps need to be repeated if you don't finish uploading everything in one session.

Patience......patience.
