We got our interview notice letter in the mail today, and our interview is scheduled for March 10th.  The question I am having about one aspect of the required items to bring to the interview is below:

I submitted I-864 with letter non filing for 2018, my tax transcript for 2017, and letter non filing for 2016, I didn't have a W-2 at the time, an employment verification letter, about a year of pay stubs, and my birth certificate confirming USC.

Our joint sponsor (dad) submitted their I-864, last 3 year tax transcripts (MFJ tax transcripts), NO EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION LETTER, and also about a year of pay stubs, and their birth certificate confirming USC

The household member (mom) submitted their I-864a, also last 3 years tax transcripts (same tax transcripts for the joint sponsor as MFJ but just submitted 2x of last 3 years to be safe), NO EMPLOYMENT LETTER, and around 4 months of pay stubs, and birth certificate confirming USC.

The questions I have for this part of the required documentation to bring to interview are:

Where it says (unless already submitted) - Does that mean I just take in exactly what I submitted with all the I-864's already? as stated above?  On the letter it states employment letters, but in the I-864's for my parents I did not submit employment letters as I was not able to get them, so would it be alright if we showed up at the interview without them since the I-864 was already submitted?

Then the other question I have is what exactly do they mean by "All documentation establishing your eligibility for Lawful Permanent Resident status" ?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks in advance!

You'll need the sequence of documents that entitle you to be eligible to apply for permanent residency.
Those are:
1. Your I129F Noa2 approval notice that proves you were eligible to apply for a K1 visa and WHO your USC petitioner is.
2. A photocopy of your K1 Visa sticker that proves you were approved for a K1 visa and who your USC petitioner is.
3. Your I94 K1 entry admission record that proves that you did enter the US legally using your K1 Visa and WHEN you did showing when your 90 days started.
4. And a photocopy of your marriage certificate which proves that you married within 90 days AND that you married the US petitioner listed on your K1 visa Sticker and listed on your I129F Noa2 Approval Notice.

Question I still have for the interview is do I need to get employment letter for my dad the joint sponsor, even tho when we submitted the I-864 for him we did not initially include an employment letter, and since it got through to interview and passed RFE (we submitted a joint sponsor to an RFE - generic all inclusive not enough income I-864 RFE), if we take to the interview all we included with the initial submission for joint sponsors I-864 would we be fine going without it since we didn't submit it with the initial I-864.

Asking this as it says "unless already submitted"  not sure if that means submitted an I-864 already and bring in what you submitted with it and we are fine, or if I 100% need to get the employment letter.

Hopefully this is coming across as well explained, trying to make it easy what I am curious about, can we go to interview without EVL for joint sponsor, since we didn't submit it originally with I-864?

Thanks in advance!

is anyone certain about the answer for this topic with the EVL with our situation for the interview?  Going to ask our joint-sponsor soon to get their EVL, I got my updated EVL the other day and going to show them ours and they can use that as a guideline on what to get, but just in the worst case scenario I am not able to get an EVL for our joint sponsor- what would be the scenario that would happen if not able to get it?  Or do I 100% need one as asked above.

Thank you so much in advance!
