Thanks, I guess I'm just annoyed to see that they are touching the case and nothing is being updated.

Hey,

Being super impatient right now...:ranting:

Since the interview our case has been three times and still in Administrative Review for one document. I am so annoyed (JUST VENTING)

We had a missing  document at our interview which was November  6, 2019 we uploaded  it 3 hours after the  interview, they updated the case like 3 times and anything being done.

On the 5th  of December  2019 the case was changed  from  administrative processing  to ISSUED.

For us it took  1 month..

Hopefully  you'll get  lucky and  dont have to wait  1 month...

Good luck!!

But this wait! ...smh.sigh!

You were allowed to upload and it still took a month... this is so strange. I had to send an original of my missing document. Now, I don’t know what to expect but thanks for sharing your experience.

See and that’s my point... something that simple shouldn’t have taken that long. Makes me feel like individuals are dragging their feet or there’s more to the process that we don’t see.

I doubt it takes them very long...once they get to it. But they have to handle all the people who had missing documents (or other issues) before you. It also has to go through the mail room, which is normally separated from livable, work, and public spaces (for security reasons).

Then once they do review the documents, they need to complete normal AP - which may include a final name/background check, supervisor review, etc.

It amazes me that they don't see the urgency that we have to send documents... and documents are sent to them immediately. I'm sure that see the turn around time when documents are requested and submitted. Make me feel like they don't care.

Thanks for the feedback... I guess I confused about "normal" AP completion. I have noticed that there is no consistency, when it comes to processing times with the immigration process, and yes I agree every case and country is different. However, I still don't see any normal time frames for any of this because it seems like their system if flawed. I will be very GRATEFUL when this process is over and I would never wish this on anyone.

Sorry it’s taking longer than you thought. You should know by now nothing in Jamaica ever moves fast, except those taxis😂. Seriously, I hope you hear something soon!🙏🏽
