Hi all, starting to fill out the I-134 and had a couple of questions. When it asks about your income is it your annual income or your taxable wages? I'm just concerned because I want the information match but my salary is more than my taxable.

Also on the form question 37. Date of Filing? What are they looking for here?

@DesiJase
Your current income is gross income before taxes are taken out. If you are going by a tax return, then useTotal Income Line 7b. If you’ve had a newish raise not reflected on your total income on the tax return, then get an employer letter stating what your current yearly salary is now and use that instead of a tax return (London interview specific.)

37 goes with the sentence before 26a

I have submitted a visa petition(s) to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services on behalf of the following persons.

What data did you file a petition for another person which you named starting in 26 a,b? Have you filed for previous fiancés, spouses, or relatives?
