Call USCIS to do what? Nothing for them to do.

I-751 is your application.  He doesn't petition at all for ROC, you do.  An interview, if requested, will be many months after filing, some take a year or more.  Hopefully in that time you can sell the house and file for divorce.  So sorry to hear that the marriage did not work out.  Good luck!

As we have said, the I-751 is YOUR petition.  You can remove conditions either with his cooperation, or without his cooperation.....but I agree that as @Unlockable said, you should consult a divorce attorney now to protect yourself legally.

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..
