Same prove of employment letter for AOS

Hi guys 

Please I was wondering if I can use the same letter from my employer my fiance used during her K1 visa interview when filling for AOS. The letter was dated in November 2019.

Hi! That is what we did. I am also using the same letter to bring with me to the AOS interview next week. I think it is fine as long as nothing has changed. I added a few recent pay stubs as proof too.

Hi Thanks!

We filed AOS end of July 2019, got our NOA on August 1, 2019,  Bio-metrics on Aug 18 and notice of our interview on Jan 3 2020 which is scheduled for Feb 12. I guess that makes about 7 months from NOA to interview. Sooner than we thought anyway!

Did you also file for EAD together with your AOS? and how long did it take to receive your EAD?

Hi! No I dont mind you asking. Yes indeed do file your EAD and your AP with your AOS. Its free to do so. My husband got his combo card in December. Took about 5 months from time we filed for the card to come.
