February 10, 2020- Emailed NVCExpedite@state.gov to request expedite

March 4, 2020- NVC Expedite Approved (Case Sent to Manila Embassy)

Total Cost so far : $1,320 (I-130 Fee $535 + AOS  $120 & IV Fee $325 + Medical Fee $340)

Update guys!

 

Our expedite request was approved Feb 27. We already schedule our interview on March 17 at US Embassy Manila. I will update my status once we are done.

Hello,

In February 12, 2020 I filed an expedite request for the Peru Consulate to expedite our case through the NVC.
 

February 25, 2020 We received email acknowledgement that NVC has forwarded to the consulate for consideration.

March 9, 2020 We received word that the case was expedited.

Our reasonings are due to concerns for the sake of our newborn baby and due to NVC and USCIS losing our case for a while.

I called NVC and they told me that they don't expedite at all. 

I'm very confused. 

NVC doesn't expedite, the appropriate US Embassy does and if approved, US Embassy forward the expedite approval back to NVC.

I schedule our own interview. How soon did you receive your visa? Did you choose home delivery or pick up?

Hello Everyone!

 

Has anyone had any luck expediting the review of documents?

 

I had my expedite request approved with conditions, unfortunately, now I have to wait for the docs to be reviewed.

1/02/15 Married to a USC

2/20/15 Traveled to Mexico via air with I-131 DACA

2/23/15 Returned/Paroled to USA via air

3/11/15 Sent I-485, I-130, and I-131

3/12/15 Received by USCIS according to USPS

3/21/15 Received I-797C for all applications

3/28/15 Received Biometrics Appointment

3/30/15 Walked-In to Biometrics

6/2/15 AP Document Approved (Day 82)

9/4/15 Received Interview Notice for 10/8/2015 (Day 175)

10/08/15 Approved

Hello everybody!

 

 

Sorry for being nosy but I'm desperate for an answer lol...

1.- So my husband just paid de NVC fees and I was wodnering if we could ask them to expedite our case if we haven't submitted documents yet and

 

2.- In case they approve it, how am I going to fill out the DS-260? How would that work? THANKS!
