Hi there! I'm wondering if any of you guys filed in Portland OR and are still waiting for your interview to be scheduled? Here's my N-400 timeline.

02/27/2020 - Filed N-400 online
02/29/2020 - Biometrics scheduled
03/17/2020 - Biometrics completed (this was the day before all USCIS offices had to close)

My estimated case completion date says September 2020 (1 month) but still no interview scheduled. (Pre-lockdown, it actually said January 2021. To my surprise, a month into the lockdown it changed to September 2020.) I'm wondering if I should anticipate a delay due to COVID, or is this estimated case completion supposed to be accurate?

Right after I filed my N-400 back in February my estimated completion time was August 2020 and it was this way until recently. On July 28 I got scheduled to be interviewed for August 12, than, on July 29, USCIS de-scheduled my interview. I guess their computer scheduled my interview automatically but they were just not ready to interview me yet.  I assume because most USCIS field offices were closed for at least 2 months, now, everyone's interviews would be delayed by at least a month. Estimated completion time for me now is September 2020.

Hello everyone. When i check case status online, I noticed that there is estimated case completion but no estimated wait time. My biometrics were scheduled for March 18 and when i went to the ASC the office was closed due to covid situation. I still didn’t get new schedule for biometrics. The note on the office said that they will automatically  re-schedule it when the offices are open and I don’t have to call. I was just wondering if anyone is in the same situation and got there biometrics scheduled again or anybody missing estimated wait time as well.

I filed Feb. 14 - Honolulu field office - and had my biometrics on Mar. 9. My completion time has actually gone back - It was briefly October, then November, and now December.

I'm still waiting for my interview to be scheduled. I thought at first that because Honolulu is a smaller field office than others I'd get an interview quicker...no such luck. Now I'm just hoping to be done before the end of the year.

Today I had my interview and I passed. Now waiting for oath ceremony as Ohio doesnt do same day oath. The whole process was like 7-9 minutes or even less. I waited 20 minutes before an officer came to get me. He didn't ask for any documents, just asked to see my Green Card. He asked few YES/NO questions and the test.
Applied Feb 10, 2020

Who is the president of USA?

Who makes the law?

What are two rights of everyone living in america?

Who is the head of Millitary?

For reading

Who was George Washington?

I think you will get your certificate by next month, regardless of what the estimate says... No more than October for sure, so you will have time!  Even if you could not register, take your proof of citizenship and ID with you to the poll... I think you would be allowed to vote in that case because you have all of your information and proofs with you!
