really? I guess I can try tomorrow. Any idea what time they are not super busy? best time to walk in

Yes, I would do it!  Why not... I would try  around noon time when people usually go on a break. Maybe the guy that usually says no to people goes on a break and you get lucky and someone lets you in.  Just keep your hopes down so that you are not disappointed if they say no.

I just went to ASC! it's 15 mins from me so I decided why not. Hackensack, NJ

So the guy at the door was super nice, but he explained they limit for 10 people only per hour and its already filled with appointments, so there no way to just do walk in

At least you have tried.  My natural question would be how about the next hour?  Is there any hour that they don't have 10 people booked and you could squeeze in?  You probably asked those already to him.  But, now you know after trying.

the center is open only until 4pm. They have exactly 10 people scheduled every hour, he said im not the only one who tried, they don't let anyone in. only the scheduled ones. Also he mentioned that there's one person in the office who can usually try to help and she have the power to help, but she wasn't there, she left early today. to try calling the 800 number, send them copy of the letter to reschedule, or to wait

I tried a walk in and it was successful. I’d recommend the time after lunch 2-4 PM

I was there by 3:10 pm and it was only me at the center

Welp.

Now I got the dreaded "we are taking longer than expected to process your case". Estimated completion time still December.

I'm not sure the size of your office matters at all. My field office could not possibly be smaller. How many people filing in Honolulu do you even see on these boards right now?

The waiting continues, I guess.

Same. Ours was pushed back one month but I don’t feel very hopeful lol
