Hello All,

I've spoke to customer service today and she told me that  they were aware about the issue and told me that she don't think it will take longer because its a known issue..

She also confirm that they've been having problem that time when i attempt to pay on Jan 28

All they can do right now is to forward my inquiry to the supervisor for a review

Hello Erca,

They have re-setted my payments and now I can pay again! please tell me what happened with you :D

It took them almost a month and 1 week to fix this problem for me.

I haven't paid yet but I am too scared to do so I decided to pay through an agent instead of doing it on my own haha (just to be safe you know)

Yeah that's correct i think if you have transaction ID on the receipt i think you're good..

I haven't paid mine yet,  I might do it probably tomorrow. I'm still afraid to do it now

Highly suggest you take it to an agent, I mean it would be un necessary extra money spent but the NVC takes month to respond on stuff that don't need that much time.

Yes. I have transaction ID on the AOS fee receipt.

If status will change to paid I will let you know on this page ASAP.
