Is it possible to apply for a student visa in Singapore with a European passport as a conditional permanent US resident?

Hey everyone,
I'm interested in applying for a school in Singapore.
Currently, I'm a conditional permanent US resident with a European passport so technically I'm still a European citizen.
Would it still be possible for me to apply for a student visa in Singapore with my European passport or would I have to be located in Europe to apply for the student visa?
Any advice is greatly appreciated. (:

Are you abandoning your US residency?  Get a reentry permit if you are going to be gone for over a year.

No, I'm not looking to abandon my US residency. I would like to know whether applying  for the Singapore student visa with a European passport would affect my conditionally permanent US residency in any way? Also whether I would need to apply from Europe since my passport is still from Europe because currently I live in the USA?

How long will you be out of the US?

Unless they say otherwise you can apply from anywhere in the world.
