Yeah thank you 🙏 good luck to you too this is the hard part you just have be little bit patient they go in order the nvc is scheduling interviews. Is your case cr1 or k1

It went smooth but he gave white sheet end of the interview but my status is refused because of the trump ban hopefully it changes to issued and they also kept her passport so that good sign !!!

What’s on the white sheet? I believe the status takes time to change.

The consular officer is reviewing your eligibility for a waiver. To approve your wavier the consular officer must determine that denying your entry would cause undue hardship that entry would not pose a treat to the national security or public of the United States something behind those lines

Hopefully it will all work out. Like you said before them taking her passport is a good sign. But how did the interview go? What did they ask her?
