Please help me ... is it easier for my fiance to get his k-1 visa in morroco or italy? currently he is in italy illegally? does it matter?

If he was in italy legally, he could apply through there, but since he is not, he probably has to go through morocco.

You can write it out and email it to him to sign. He can then post it back to you with his US style passport photo's and signed forms.

That's not necessarily true. You'll have to ask the consulate in Napoli. They may just allow him to process the visa there. If not then, yes, you'll have to go through Morocco.

Actually, a passport won't be needed until Packet 3, which is the stage before the interview. You're not required a passport to be submitted in the I-129F, although I'd advise getting it done asap, as it WILL be needed not much longer down the road.

yeah i would read the guides to find out what you will need his signature for as there are a few things. Then i would have him sing them all and email them ASAP, all signed, then you can fill them out.

I am not sure what "singing" will do to the documents but maybe he has a nice voice...
