You won’t find many because Pakistan itself is not eligible - in fact I think I only have ever see one or two in the 7 or so years I’ve been browsing forums since I won DV. Happy to help with general info; most of the requirements are generic across countries.
We have seen quite a few non-KSA nationals interviewing in KSA.

i noticed the same , i know many other nationality holders who won in saudi arabia like Egyptians,Yemenis, syrians, sudanese but unfortunately no pakistanis .i have 2 questions

1: i got saudi arabian birth certificate and place of birth on my passport is mentioned as saudi arabia , Is it possible that the embassy will reject the visa based on my citizenship of pakistan ?

2: untill now i went to pakistan for only 3 times and each time i stay there for maximum 1 month or less so that means  total 3 months , Do i have to get police certificate from pakistan also ? I already got police certificate in saudi arabia

1. No, many people have birth/eligibility countries different from their current country of nationality. The only time country of nationality will be a problem for a visa is if it falls under the travel ban, but that is not an issue for you.

2. So you are saying you never actually lived in Pakistan?  The instructions https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/diversity-visa-program-entry/diversity-visa-if-you-are-selected/diversity-visa-prepare-supporting-documents.html say you need a police certificate from the country of nationality if you resided there for more than 6 months - so you shouldn’t need it if you have spent a total of just 3 months there.
