I was looking at other AOS timelines, and it seems many people got their biometric

appointments within 1 month of their NOA's sent to MSC..it has been 1 month and a half

and we have not heard anything....but we haven't got an RFE either. Can we pretty

much assume since more than a month has gone by that we have everything in order then

as far as not getting RFE'd??

You are worrying too much. I am sure you will get your appointment letter in a week or so.

I waited for my appontment letter for over 4 months. Still waiting for the issuance of original EAD.

You might always get an infopass appointment if you can not help worrying too much.

Do not compare your case with other lucky cases only. 7 days after NOA1? That is abnormal..probably with some 'assistance' called in..I do not know.

I am now a US citizen.
