Question regarding k1 visa

So for the first half do we have to send in a copy of her passport I-94 or it might be I 194 my fiance just wants to know because she was talking to someone who asked the lawyer and was told she didnt have to so help would be nice

And what would the process be if we are approved or  before the interview

If she has ever been to the US she will have to submit I-94, if can be obtained FOC from https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/

Hmm yea I didnt know that. Because we started doing the paperwork for the first step fir the k1 visa and the uscis site didnt mention that form so I was confused

Did you read the I-129F form instructions?   It is right there.  Page 14

September 7, 2021 I-751 Interview, Sept 8 Approved and Card Being Produced

October 21, 2021 N-400 Biometrics Completed  

November 30,2021  Interview, Approval and Oath

December 10, 2021 US Passport Issued

August 12, 2022 PHL Dual Nationality Re-established & Passport Approved 

April 6,2023 Legally Separated - Oh well

Yea I'm still going to ask questions regardless, its forum for a reason to ask questions and get everyone's opinion and experience and I didnt see that on the uscus website when I looked at the k1 visa filing instructions

The I-94 info not required if beneficiary is not in the US when the I-129F is filed.
