when I login in to schedule appointment for my tourist visa I have to make appointment on that time because I just I wanna see available time before I scheduled my appointment . My question is I can login out when I see available schedules it’s there is no problem ?

You can log in view appointments and log out...even when you pick an available date it is not binding as you can always reschedule
