Hey all! I noticed that Potomac filers have the longest waiting period!😥. Been looking at people’s timelines from other processing centers and even those that filed earlier this year just got their GCs! I filed mine on November 20th 2019, NOA on the 22nd and biometrics on the 23rd of January 2020. No movement since

Hey,

Here is my timeline for Potomac:

Package received by uscis: 07/09

Credit card charged: 07/14

Text notification: 07/16

Biometrics (didn't need an appointment, they used the previous one: case was updated to show fingerprints were taken) 07/22

Hey can you clarify if 2020 or 2019 please?

Hello everyone, by Jesus’s grace I’m here to share that this morning my greencard has been approved. I’ve been a silent reader of this forum and celebrate every little victory of you guys approval, many times I was filled with hope by reading your experiences and today I want someone to read my experience and be filled with hope too. Here is my timeline:

I751 filled on July 1st 2019

Biometrics fone October 23rd 2019

I got divorce and sent my divorce decree on June 11th 2020

and today October 23rd my card is being produced.

Keep y’all’s faith, God’s will is perfect, His time is better. God bless you all on your journey.

Congratulations! I'm curious, so you got a divorce while waiting for the ROC application. How did you send in the divorce decree? Is there a form that you need to send it with? Any other documentations?

Potomac has really picked up within the last 10 days.

Nearly everyone around my case number has been approved but me. I am not even sweating it.

I have got my N-400 interview scheduled already, I-751 should behind me.

We decided not to wait, she became eligible to apply for citizenship Nov 1 and we applied immediately.  YSC just isn't moving along.  We applied online and I assume our status will update eventually with the transfer of the I-751.  So now the wait begins for citizenship.  Good luck for those of you that are waiting on YSC.
