Congrats!

That's actually good news! I looked at your timeline 04/29/2020? So it means its moving faster than we thought.

My NOA is July 10, 2020. Yes I'm also getting impatient. My case wasn't transferred, still in Potomac Field office. Biometrics was reused Notice date is Aug. 2020. (My estimate. July filers will start getting updates in April 2022)

Being very patient.

Goodluck to all of us and congrats to everyone who already crossed the finish line!

I was hoping July filers would start getting approvals in March 😕

Guys do you know if I travel to my home country due to an emergency and in the meantime uscis denies my i751 can they not let me in back in the USA? Does anybody know if they can deport me? Will I have the right to see an immigration judge to explain myself?

Anybody knows any cases like that?

U can only travel if you have an extension letter and get your passport stamp by uscis, don't risk traveling with an expired green card,

Call uscis back tell them u got suspended from work, and u need to show proof of immigration before your employer will accept you back.

I saw a post on fb Potomac i751 filer jan. 2020 and hers just got approved and she didn’t file for N400 yet. That’s a little over two years. We can only hope. Those who filled N400 get approval quicker.

ROC Process:

07.07.2020: I-751 Mailed

07.10.2020: NOA

08.04.2020: Biometrics (Re-used From 2017)

11.23.2021: Received 24 Months Extension

00.00.2022: Awaiting Interview/Approval

when you file N400 under 3 years, anyone reviewing all documents should believe you are still with your spouse considering additional supporting documents sent in with your N400. If you file online only, original documents when scanned, looks great.  Just thought about it. Goodluck to us all. I can’t wait to get through this, soon

hi everyone, hope we will all get some good news soon. i have to share something and if anyone can share thoughts, i would appreciate

i submitted my n400 in February 2021(florida) (13 months ago)

I have a pending i751 since June 2020(potomac) (21 months ago)

almost everyone i follow gets their case transferred soon after filing n400. Even people months after me got their interviews but my n400 never moved since biometrics. and these people's local office is same as me.

online it is still in normal processing time but everyone else's case gets interview notice way before those dates.

i'm worried that maybe i miss an update or my case got lost or something. many people's case got approved in 7-9months (even those processing times are still long for them) but my case never got updated after biometrics.

anyone in similar situation? is it because my i751 is divorce waiver?

thank you if anyone can share thought

Hi, wondering if there are any recent I751 filers whose service centre is Potomac? Trying to get an idea if there is a delay in extension letters being sent from there... supposed to be travelling in a few weeks! I see in the February 2022 filers thread that other centres have sent letters within a week of the text message.
My timeline is as follows:
Package received in Illinois: February 12th

Text message received: February 15th
