Woot! Update came through today that my new card is being produced. No interview!

Now to breathe a little and start putting money aside for naturalization.

To those still waiting, stay the course. Good things are coming your way.

Congrats!!! Filed in July 2020, so hopefully I am only a few months away. I went ahead and filed my N400 hoping it would speed up the process a bit :)

I filed November 2019 and got the RFE in July. Got everything to them with about 10 days left in my deadline 40 days ago. Myself and my ADD to blame for procrastinating a bit, but it’s done.

Best of luck to you, friend!

Sociable! 🍺

I filed my i751 in july 2020. then i filed n400 this year. I hear that estimated wait time is over 15months. but i also hear people getting interviews or approvals.

i didn't hear anything since biometrics.

i know it is impossible to know but is it possible to expect an interview in next 2months for an application that was filled in july 2020?

thank you if anyone can help.

Any idea how long it takes for them to send out your card once it’s in production status? I’m anxious to get this in my hands lol

Contrary to what the rep told me a few weeks ago, YSC has sent a 24 month extension letter to us.  We never heard back for scheduling the appointment for the 551 stamp, I guess this is why.

That's like a good news bad news.  The passport chop gives you a full year whereas the new letter only gives 6 more months.    This means at the 18 month mark my wife has to miss ANOTHER day of work and go to DMV to get her license reissued as NH only issues it so long as she has a valid green card..   Then, once she gets the ROC she will have to go back YET AGAIN.   And of course paying the fee for the new license each time.

I've always wondered if USCIS has an intentional "incubator" pile they intentionally put applications in before they even start looking at them.

We called for an Infopass, as well.  They informed us to wait 30 calendar days.  Today, informed delivery showed this.  Was the stamp (from YSC-USCIS) misspelled "Immigration" on your envelope, as well?  Mail has not been delivered yet, so I don't know what it is.
