Potomac Service Center: Case was approved on Aug 26 2021. Applied for ROC in Dec (27) 2019. Fingerprints February 2020. Changed address and notified USCIS in June 2021. Case status changed on Aug 25 2021 to “New Card is being Produced” and on Aug 26 2021 to “Case is Approved”.  No RFE, no interview, case always remained at YSC and I have not applied for citizenship.

Very appreciative for the guidance along the way on this forum. Good luck to those still waiting!

Anyone else waiting for an InfoPass appointment call back from Baltimore field office? My time is ticking on the expiry of my extension letter and I need to get my Stamp. It’s been over a week since I called them to arrange the appointment. I know it says they can take 30 days to respond but my letter will have expired by then. Just wondered if anyone else is waiting, especially the Potomac people like me who I know haven’t been getting their case updates.

Not sure if you saw USCIS news about extending the extension letter from 18months to 24months or not. They will re-issue it for all pending cases.

Oh thanks! No I didn’t see that. I guess I’ll either get my extended extension or my InfoPass appointment before the current one runs out. I’ll check that out to see when they posted that update 🙂

17 months is up for me this month. So how did your info pass appointment go? Did you get your i-155 Stamp in your passport?

I called them on August 30 and they told me they will call me back within 30 days with my appointment time. They tell you what number they’ll be calling from so you can save it to your phone and it doesn’t get spam blocked. I’m still waiting for their call. But as another poster pointed out to me, USCIS is now extending all I-751 to 24 months. So we both should receive that extension to the extension in the mail. I will call them again next week if I haven’t heard anything

i sent my paperwork in 2020, still waiting...should I receive this 24 month letter automatically?

That's what the USCIS announcement sounds like:

Additionally, we will issue new receipt notices to eligible conditional permanent residents who properly filed their Form I-751 or Form I-829 before Sept. 4 and whose cases are still pending.

It'll probably take them at least a few weeks to send out the new receipt notices.

Has anyone had issues when traveling/coming back into the United States using the extension letter? You feedback will be appreciated as I intend to travel for an important family function. Thanks in anticipation
