It has to be a mistake as they were just review October 2019 cases the other day. No way they fall back in time to 10 years ago.

Believe me, I would love nothing more than for that to be true. I am just repeating what I’ve heard from someone else who said they called to confirm. If you call them and confirm something else please let us know.

Well they are not really looking at your case. It is just collecting dust. Same situation here. They either will RFE with something they lost or want, approve, or Interview. Not much to do

Heyyyy I just wanna come here and let you guys know that I got my update >>>> New Card is Being Produced.

This tuesday I called USCIS number and said infopass appointment so I can talk to someone.

I told her my case is out of processing time and if she can file service inquiry for me because online tool doesn't let me do it. (I firmly believe their service inquiry gets the job doneif it is done through a representative, online tool inquiry never did it for me)

She said yes and she sent the service inquiry, she told me this sends an email to the officer or supervisor at that location to let them know this case is out of processing time.

2 days later, I got my update!!! I am not sure if this helped my case but I just wanted you guys to know just in case if you need to do something.

This is such a relief, after 2 years of abusive relationship, them threatening me with my immigration status anytime they can't slave me around.

I was pretty sure they reported me, falsely accusing me. I was so anxious because I never felt safe.

Now I feel super relieved. Thanks for everybody being super supportive from the beginning of my immigration journey. Starting from K-1 to AOS to removal of conditions. and another 1 and a half year I will be able to apply for naturalization.

I wish everybody quick approvals.

What's your timeline please?

It has been 4 years, I don't remember the exact dates

7 months for K-1
1 year 1 month for AOS

applied ROC after got divorced, it took me a while because I couldn't find him to serve papers. and I had restraining order on him so no communication.

and ROC took 22 months 14 days.

Congratulations! Seems like they're approving cases from Oct-Dec 2019. I guess the earliest they'll get to mine is in 2 months (Feb 2020).

Case updated last night stating our Case is being sent to local uscis office for interview. I'm glad we have a update but I thought we submitted more than enough evidence to waive interview and they never sent a RFE.

I read that if you never had a interview for AOS (we did the CR-1 visa so never had AOS interview) then you pretty much have to have a interview as of 2018 for ROC. Not sure if that's why or not but since they never sent a RFE hoping it's just formality.

Does anybody know if the I-751 case was sitting in Potomac for almost 20 months and was transferred to NBC for ' interview to be scheduled in local office's , will the counting start again??? Some people advise the processing time for local offices is up to 34 months! My case is in NBC for almost 5 months now. I'm waiting for a slot in Miami.

I don't think it starts over but I do not know what the time slot is. Mine stated transferred to local office yesterday for interview but does not say where it was sent.

Yes that’s pretty much why you will have an interview , because you didn’t have it for AOS. Actually it is odd that you were assigned to YSC, USCIS officials said during a webinar last year that the people that didnt have an interview for AOS are assigned to MSC  when applying for ROC and an interview should be expected
