Thanks everyone for your help!
I overnighted the package today and contacted the Congressman as well. Now i wait! I found so much paperwork, I don’t think i even sent that much in my original package back in 2019. I hope it satisfies USCIS .

@annab864 I am glad that you took this opportunity to provide additional evidence of bona fide marriage, and are covering all your bases, as well. :)

Welp, got this update today on my wife and I’s 4-year wedding anniversary. Now to wait for the mailing to see what they want that we haven’t supplied.

I dislike this center. I dislike the whole I-751 process. Why is removing condition taking 2years+?

COVID-19 certainly hasn’t helped.

@Simply Canadian they probably just want additional evidence of bona fide marriage because it has been so long since you filed. :)

Hello everyone,

I'm joining the group. July 2020 filer. i guess we all gonna wait for awhile. 😢

My case is stuck on "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken" since August 4, 2020.

I'm currently in the middle of filing for divorce. My question is, How do I tell USCIS that i'm divorced once it's finalized. Is it better to get a lawyer to help me around? I'm seriously clueless on what to do with it... My marriage has been very abusive & toxic. To the point the my "LEGAL PARTNER" brought her ex and is now her BF AGAIN in my house last Sunday. I had to leave my home that I'm paying for while this so called "wife" doesn't pay any dime and get to stay in my house with her bf. I called the police but they cant do anything about it because "whats mine is hers"... Sorry I'm just venting out. Right now I'm staying away from her (staying somewhere she can't find me), I can't even come home because she will hide the house keys and my car keys again.

I just hope this long process will soon end. Right now I'm kinda in a limbo...

ROC Process:

07.07.2020: I-751 Mailed

07.10.2020: NOA

08.04.2020: Biometrics (Re-used From 2017)

11.23.2021: Received 24 Months Extension

00.00.2022: Awaiting Interview/Approval

Hello, July 2021 filer here!

Looks like I’ll be around for a while 😝

Just got my text yesterday and have been assigned YSC.

Hopefully, I can bring you all some good luck and speed things up a little 😜

March 2021 filer here. No update since Biometrics used, May 2021. Extension letter expires September 2021. Has anyone had an extension to the extension letter?

As an aside, I traveled outside the US for the first time since getting the extension letter. The only thing I had to do different from last time I used my Green Card (when it was in date) was to fill out the customs declaration, and sign the part saying I’m a resident. As it’s all automated at Fort Lauderdale (where we flew into) my expired GC obviously didn’t scan but when I went to see the officer he only glanced at the extension letter. I have also had a new passport since I last traveled so all my old stamps weren’t there but he didn’t need anything other than the GC and extension letter plus the customs form. Smoother than I was fearing.

Here’s hoping YSC gets cracking again soon. But if anyone has an extension to their extension, let me know. Did you have to do anything to get it? Did it come before your other one expired?

thanks! Adam

@Adam D you will not get a second extension letter. You just need to request an info pass appointment to get the I-551 stamp at your local office. They will keep your expired green card. Typically, the stamp is valid for 1 year.

It makes me so frustrated because I am divorced already, I sent everything I can, bills, bank statements, car titles, house title bla bla. I can't send anything else anymore.

What is the hold up.....

Well they are not really looking at your case. It is just collecting dust. Same situation here. They either will RFE with something they lost or want, approve, or Interview. Not much to do
