They claimed I only sent about 4 different Items and are requesting evidence in general but I have a FOIA that says otherwise. They got every single document they requested.

Typically it would take a few months according to what I've read in VJ threads. I don't have data to support it though.

Hi there!

I got status changed to 'new card is being produced.' today!!!!!!!

Thank you again for answering my questions about rfe previously.

I am so excited!!!!!!!

For folks that receive rfe, here's my timeline.

2/12/2024 USCIS sent me the RFE

2/15/2024 I received the RFE in my mailbox.

2/22/2024 I mailed my RFE response back to USCIS.

2/27/2024 Online status changed to 'Response to USCIS' Request for Evidence Was Received

3/6/2024 Online status changed to 'New Card is Being Produced'

I am eagerly waiting for the physical card.  I hope it won't take that long.

And I think USCIS probably just wanted to get updated files from me since it has been a long time since I filed it in 2021 May.

I751:

Mailed: 3th May 2021

Delivered: 5th May 2021

Rejected due to missing signature: 26th May 2021

Resend: 26th May 2021

Delivered: 28th May 2021

I'm an October 2021 filler, hopefully I'll get approved soon 🤞

I hope you get it in the next few days!

I want them to be done with 2021 too.  Once they get to 2022, only January, August, and September have large amount of cases.  February is the next one with the most cases, but March-July they are minimal, so they should get through those "faster".

June 2017 - I caught feelings, you want to try this?  Yes.

May 2019 - K1 interview scheduled and packet sent to embassy

June 2019 - K1 interview, approved, and moved to USA

August 2019 - Married

September 2019 - AOS/EAD/AP filed

October 2019 - Biometrics Appointment

January 2020 - AOS RFE for birth certificate received and sent back

February 2020 - EAD/AP approved and got the card

October 2020 - EAD/AP renewal filed

November 2020 - EAD/AP renewal approved and got the card - AOS interview date issued

December 2020 - AOS interview, approved, and GC received

September 2022 - ROC filed
June 2024 - Biometrics Reused
