Guess what?!  My third inquiry has expired with no response.  SHOCKER! 😨

Anyways, it appears they are still working on cases from 2020 in Potomac.  LOL  Sigh..  Maybe if we just camp out by the front door?

Honestly I think it's N400 or a 28-36 month wait at Potomac with nothing in between.

No, not at all.  We know we are in for the long haul.  But,  we haven’t  even heard about the biometrics appointment.

Has anyone received the new "48 month extension letter"?  I have a received date of Feb 2021.  My husbands 24 month extension letter will expire in May of 2023 and I seriously prefer another extension letter than try to get an appointment to have his passport stamped.

Not yet; hoping for one some time over the next few weeks. (March 2021 filer here! Mine also expires in May.)

Someone who received the 24 month letter when that switch was made said it took around 2 months for the new letters to be sent out. So March/early April feels likely.

Did you submit an inquiry?  Yours seems to be outside of processing time, even for slow death Potomac.

Yes,im aug 2019 filer and system not letting me create the Inquiry it is saying im still with in processing time😔😔😔

Got a response on the 01/22/2023 inquiry I made.  As expected with Potomac, it did not yield a biometrics appointment.  Just a generic response on “you are in line to be reviewed” and “no appointment issued yet”.  Thus, this is why we don’t want to apply for N400 because we are very confident it won’t “shake” the 751 loose like it does at other service centers.

Has anyone seen this message recently on their USCIS account? I am trying to check my case status on https://my.uscis.gov and for 2 days straings I get this message. Does it *maybe* mean they are working on it?

My case history is following and its in Potomac:
