My husband is an active duty in military so I could submit N-400 under the exceptional expedition while we were overseas. That’s what INA 319(b) is.

April 2020 filer still waiting... sad. My wife can't even renew her driver's license since the extension letter's 24 months is up also.. Been trying to schedule infopass but no luck either just a 'no appointments available' reply from USCIS.. very very frustrating.

Same situation here.  I applied for I-751 in May 2020. Extension letter and driver's license expired.  I'm also waiting for an Infopass. How long ago did you receive the email from immigration saying that there are no available times??

our last update was 7/25 from USCIS. We called to try and schedule infopass around the beginning of July.

Reading some of your comments what I thought was the case is true. Potomac Service Center has longest processing time!

My wife's I-751 recieved date is Dec 15, 2020. We did Bio's in May 2021 and haven't had an update since.

What really stinks is that we booked a cruise for November and my wife's 24 months expires in October. We booked it and honestly didn't remember about checking the expiration dates. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we can get an Info Pass appointment and get the stamp (I-551).

Anyone here had any luck with Info Pass appointment yet? Do I need to wait until we are closer to 24 months expiring before attempting to make an appt?

You can call the uscis and mention you want to schedule an infopass. It should be atleast 30 days prior the expiration date or maybe earlier. Tell them your reason for it (ex. For work, driver’s license, travel etc.) and if accepted, they will tell you to wait for a return call for them to schedule you an appointment. This is what I’ve done based on experience last year.
Expect a return call after a month. Can’t remember much, but I called August last year and they returned my call by September. The caller will then tell you what the available dates and time slots are still vacant, and will give you an email for the details. Then that’s it. The  earliest vacant slot they got me was 2 weeks after the call. It could be any date since it depends on the vacancy. Hope this help.

I am so exhausted with the wait.... any one else feel the same?

I did not know they would transfer cases between service centers. Maybe this means a combo interview coming soon?

Not sure what will happen next... it could be a combo interview or they could approve 10 year GC and schedule n400 interview.

Hope you have an answer soon!

The waiting game has only begun for me 😅
