I'd suggest reaching out to the creator of the app.

Also, if you have been running a lot of searches (I see a 500 limit), you probably got a 24/48 hour ban. They (USCIS) ban people after a few thousand requests.

No the 500 is not how many times I’ve searched . 500 is how many other accounts I can see , I can set at any number I want . I was just curious to know what offline meant .

Understood. What I'm saying is that once you hit a few thousand requests over a 24 hour period, the USCIS tool puts a temporary ban on your IP.

Having a 500 limit means you are making 500 requests each time you search (assuming you let it finish).

 

Edit: To test it, turn off wifi and run a small search. If that works, then your wifi IP is banned for a day or 2.

Did turning off wifi resolve the issue? Or did you just wait it out (I see that you posted about running more checks for PDs around yours, so I'm assuming its working now)?
