I've been reading through some older threads. I'm in Utah. I am due to send out my package tomorrow and I'm seeing a lot of "california service center." However on the official USCIS page it says:

I need to send it to the texas lockbox no matter what state i live in?

I got my NOA1 today, so they got my application.

You send a petition to a lockbox that then sends them to the service centers.

All K1s start at California.

Has it been delivered and accepted yet? I'm so anxious haha. If it has how long did it take and what service did you use?

How long did it take to actually be delivered? I'm nervous about the shipment most of all! :( USPS priority mail is about 3-5 days right?

Make sure you sign everywhere it needs to be signed though. I checked like 20 times before i sent my application in cuz i have a lot of attachments to the original application that needs to be signed.

yea, if you use priority mail, you get a tracking number and you can track your package. It took about 3 days for me. You can sign up for text alert at USPS website.

What kinds of attachments?

I signed the last page on page 13 on I-129F, we signed both our letters of intent, and I signed my cover letter, and my declaration on how we met. That should be sufficient right? I scanned all 49 pages that is going into my package today. It was a hassle but I think having a copy of the information is going to be really worth it.

I also have a duplicate set of application (like literally everything is duplicated, signed again, etc.) - you know - just in case.

The only thing I could lose out on is if USPS f*cks up and loses my package... I guess I could request for my package to be insured. $535 is not cheap

Yea, i was being cheap lol. already out of pocket for 500+ and then later more for bunch of other non-sense fees. plus fees are going to increase like double for AoS now. so yea, im just getting all kinds of fun.

Only one signature on the form and signed statement of intents.   What else could you possibly have done?

YMMV

i was just freaking out and signed all of the following:

-  the application

- cover letter

- intent letters (me and fiance)

- work history attachment (have a lot, running out of space)

- address history (also running out of space)

- translation certification (for foreign documents)

- I also wrote a story (and signed that)

- all the pictures 4*6 (signed at the back)

- all the chat transcripts (signed once at the end)

- all the sample call logs

- Affidavit from friends and family (made sure that's signed and notarized)

- Engagement announcement letter (signed that)
