Multiple visits to Egypt

I am asking this question although I know the answer.  The requirement is to meet your fiance ONE TIME in person, which I have done.  I traveled to Egypt, spent a week with my fiance and returned home.  Relationship continues just as before.  Daily messages, video chats, etc.  My case is NVC received.  I have done extensive research and spoke with others about making multiple trips to visit your fiance in the country.  For me, this is difficult.  I have a full time job, with one week vacation, I have responsibilities here in the United States.  Taking a trip half way around the world is not exactly cheap.  My concern is that at the interview, if my fiance is asked "How many times did your fiance come to visit you?" and the answer is one, this is not going to look good.  I've read too many stories about being denied for that.  I am an anxious person to begin with, and being a woman, traveling to the Middle East by herself is not exactly a comforting experience.  What are your thoughts?

No need to meet in the Middle East, you seem to be aware of the issues.

Exactly, you seem over focused on Egypt.

No, the point I am trying to make is… As I stated in my first post… I have a full-time job with one week vacation. Traveling halfway around the world is not cheap. Neither one of us are loaded with money although I make a decent living. It would be most convenient to visit him in his own town, where everything is easy for him. If I were to go anywhere, it would be there. The point of my post is about only meeting once. I would like to know statistics on approvals (especially from Egypt) with this situation.

I wonder if they keep such statistics, if they do they certainly do not publish them.

Long distance relationships of any sort are not easy, how any couple make them work is usually in their hands.

No one keeps statistics like that.   You can search other egyptian timelines up above in timelines.   You can ask over in the regional forum.

Be we all know that applying after one visit can be an uphill battle. especially from consulates like Cairo that are hard to begin with.   Even if you file and are approved, you will still need more face to face time before the interview.   Meeting the USCIS rules and the consulate expectations are different thing.

IMO, you are going to have to fly halfway around the world and take time off without pay to get this done.   You can fly round trip Atlanta to Cairo on April 28th for $750

Well-known drawback of LDRs.  Unfortunately, consulates are not going to be sympathetic to this when evaluating the bonafides of relationships.
