In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

A better question would be: What can WE as a couple do to be able to live together?

Could she move to your country?

You seem to have your mind set on moving to the US, and even considered applying for a tourist visa (highly unlikely to be approved, by the way). It might be time to look at other options.

It is because, if there was an option, don't you think would i have considered it?
There are no other options because she's very close to her family and she cannot leave that. There's no other option other than me moving there.
Are there any options for me to Apply for a CR-1 or once they revoke a petition, its pointless?

It really depends on why your K-1 was not approved.........there are issues that cannot be resolved by marriage........your fiance needs to get involved here.

That is a rare reason that a visa would be refused.  Usually at the interview the consulate will tell you to get another sponsor.

Being refused (or revoked) during AP stage indicates that something came up on the background check or there might have been something the consulate saw on the petition.   The petitioner or the attorney should attempt to verify.   You, yourself will have a hard time finding out.

Do not spend more money until it becomes clear what the issue is.

No i think my Petetion was REVOKED. What step can i take now?

Until you find out why you were turned down, it wouldn't be wise to do anything just yet.  You may not be able to overcome the reason and just being married won't overcome it.

As others have said many times, your fiance will be able to find out.  Just be patient and wait until she joins the discussion.  You cannot do anything.

Nothing for you to do.  The petitioner needs to be involved.

The petitioner is involved, she's going to join this thread soon. What steps does she need to take?

I'm very close to my family too, but I still moved away from them to be able to live with my husband. Sometimes you have to make sacrifices.

She needs to get involved here. She has to find out why the petition was revoked and both of you need to discuss your options.

Stop with the "I" and "me"; it's time for "we" and "us".

It's been US for 7 years now. I am saying ME because from her side, She can only lead a life with me if she's near to her family. That's the only thing.
