Moroccan doctors are the worst

hi, everyone.

it's my first time writing, i usually just read to get infos and go on with my business, but this matter is very important.

first, i need to say that i am Moroccan so i now what i'm talking about when i say Moroccan doctors are the worst.

my fiancee went to all the "supposed" doctors on the list we received from the embassy and one said the she needed an appointment two months ahead, how can she make appointments when she just received a letter 3 weeks ago, saying you should see the doctor two weeks prior to the interview?

anyway, the second "so called" doctor just straight forward insulted her and kicked her out or his "palace" without explanation.

and the last one won't even answer the phone.

my fiancee is devastated and don't know what to do.

If you don't have the medical completed before the interview, it's typically fine.  You'll just have to wait for the medical results before they make the final decision to issue your fiancee's visa.

thanks!
that's reassuring.

but the main problem resides, these so called doctors have absolute control over us with no supervision from the U.S. embassy.

that needs to stop.

Did she call to make appointments as soon as she got the letter?

anyway as above worst case she does it afterwards and just has a delayed visa.

its strange they treat them like that, normally the main complaint with panel doctors is price rather than service. Sorry she’s having such hassle.

You can not fault the doctors as the problem is not theirs

There are only 3 listed drs/  there use to be only 2

they are backed up with medicals for the fiancee and spouse visas

so, you just have to make the appointment when they are able to see your fiancee

I think "by 2 months ahead "  you mean 2 months from now /not 2 months ago

she should go to the interview and she will receive the 221g (hopefully for the medical exam)

she just called me now saying that the medical is mandatory before the interview and she have to do it.

the embassy almost sent her away without a renewal of interview date.

There are a couple of embassies like this. Hope she can get the medical scheduled soon then. Good luck.

245 covers a few things, what went wrong?

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

it said "You have not established that you are eligible for adjustment under INA 245. therefore, USCIS must deny your Form I-485. See 8 CFR, section 103.2(b)(11) and (12).
