USCIS will forward your case file to NVC, everything you included will be forwarded.   This does not mean you will not have to provide some documents a 2nd or even 3rd time (embassy)

Thanks for the response.  I will prepare the correct mentality, and some documents will have to face the process of translation and notarization.😀

Stuff that is transferred to NVC with the I130, such as police certificate and beneficiary birth certificate/passport bio, will still have to be submitted again at NVC, so in all honestly there is not really any point with including such documents with the original I130. Also, the police certificate is only good for 1 year, so by the time it gets to NVC and the interview it may even be expired and need renewed anyways

Coz Too late to meet VJ, All i-130 messages are shared by others online, and I wasted a lot of time preparing the document materials without directly performing the I-130 file action.

It’s not a big issue if you already sent it with those documents, just keep in mind that you will still have to submit them again at NVC regardless of whether they have already been sent with the I130 or not

I will wait for the day of NOT2 and happily take all the documents required by NVC to my official Ministry of Foreign Affairs for re-authentication.

Thank you for your kind reminder ^ ___ ^.

I would like to ask, the time when I received NOA2 on the system was in August, because the following documents I needed in DS260 were applied for leave, I would like to ask DS260 for the following documents are valid? Is it effective within half a year? Is it effective within one year?

1 / Birth certificate of complainant and beneficiary

2 / sponsors and beneficiaries

3/ The marriage certificate of the claimant and beneficiary

4 / Complainant and beneficiary police certificate

5 / Sponsor's Citizenship Certificate (passport resume)

6 / Financial certification of applicant and beneficiary (bank finance)
