thank you, I was able to send everything off Saturday and sent it express to arrive today. I sent a new one from letter (intent), plus my. i also submitted text that we spoke about our intent as it was one of the many ways to prove intent. individual statements on how we met, the terms of service from the site plus individual statements attesting to that we did not use an IMB. fingers cross.

Fingers crossed for you (and rooting for you!) - hoping you get your NOA 2 within the next 30 days!

Thank you for the warm wishes, us too. with that said does VJ have a tracking system for this, RFE, received to time approved?

I’m not sure about RFE tracking, but generally most see adjudication in a couple of weeks; I usually lean on @Greenbaum for this kind of stuff.

He has an insane memory and is the master of trend observation  (and SO much more too).

There isn't a tracking system but most experience 2-3 weeks for the simple things. Anything where background checks or additional scrutiny is required there isn't any way of knowing. Patience.

I have some friends that are saying that her signature must a live signature. Thoughts? I also sent in text from her and myself as it was one of the options to prove intent. Wonder if I should have her mail me one and send it in just in case. @Greenbaum

This is the place to ask those questions that are specific to your embassy.

But it hasn’t gone to the embassy it’s still in California service center. So not sure thst embassy specific forum would have any answers to that. Thoughts? But thank you for the link to it. I tried to figure out how to ask questions on it but was only able to read not post to it.

As I pointed out there are others there that are experiencing the same as you. I want you to have the best experience where other than to get that then from someone else's experience. So I send you to the regional area to interact now with others to understand a little better the process. I'm not forcing you to go their but that is my suggestion from my experience. Here is how you post a topic within that thread.

Man, I went through an agency and they said it HAS to be a wet signature from beneficiary. Hope they are wrong or atleast USCIS overlooks it...
